How is the MBA Program structured?
The two-year Wharton MBA program boasts of an intensive, flexible curriculum – offers 18 majors and more than 200 electives.
During the first year, all students pursue a core curriculum covering traditional management disciplines – finance, marketing, statistics, and strategy – along with leadership, ethics, and communication skills. You also have to pick to elective courses during the first year. During the summer, you will get to do an internship to test your new skills. Internships are not compulsory but are a great way to your resume and network.
During the second year, you get to choose your electives for that customised interest and expertise.
